Tickets settled in the above period will have the chance to get the relevant stake back.

2. Who can participate in the promotion?
All the registered customers on MSport.

3. Ticket requirements:
Customer’s ticket must meet these following requirements to get the stake back:
(1) It is a bet on Virtual Football League.
Sports betting is not included, SRL betting is not included, horse race or dog race are not included.
(2) It is a lost bet due to only one lost selection.
(3) It is a bet with 4 folds, 5 folds, or 6 folds, and more.

4. When can I get the stake back?
Once the ticket is settled and lost, we will send you the no minimum stake required voucher within 5 minutes. The amount of the voucher is same with the amount of the stake you played on the eligible bet.

5. What can I get with the up to 100% stake back promotion?
MSport will pay up to 100% stake back as no minimum requirement voucher whose value equals to the stake. And the voucher can be used both on real sports betting and virtual betting.

6. What is the maximum of the amount MSport pay back?
The maximum pay back for each lost ticket is GHS 1,000. The maximum pay back for all lost tickets of one customer is GHS 1,000. And there is no limitation of the total number of the tickets MSport pay back during the period of the promotion.

7. If my ticket contains several multiple bets, and one of the selections is lost, will I get the stake of the ticket back?
No, you won’t. You will get the stake of the eligible combo back but not the whole ticket.
For example:
You place a bet on 4 GAMES: A, B, C, D, but you choose 5 selections from them:
A home win;
B home win;
C home win;
D home win;
D draw win;
and the ticket you bet contains two 4-folds combo:
Combo.1 with stake N500: A home win & B home win & C home win & D home win;
Combo.2 with stake N500: A home win & B home win & C home win & D draw win.

If the result is A home, B home, C home, D draw, you will get the winnings of Combo.2 and the stake back of Combo.1 which is 500;

If the result is A home, B home, C home, D away, you will get the stake back of both two combo which is N1000;

If the result is A away, B home, C home, D draw you will get the stake back of Combo. 2 which is N500. You cannot get the stake back of Combo.1 since it lost due to two lost selections.

Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion period: From 12:40:00 18/05/2021 to 23:59:59 01/06/2021 (Accra Time).

2. For Virtual Football League only. Betting with real sports games does not meet the requirement. Betting with SRL ai simulated games does not meet the requirement. Betting with virtual horse race or virtual dog race does not meet the requirement.

3. For multiple bets with 4-folds or more (5,6,7,8 Folds). Single or multiple with different folds does not meet the requirement.

4. For the lost multiple due to one and only one lost selection. If a multiple is lost due to two or more selections, it does not meet the requirement.

5. The maximum payout of the promotion for each lost ticket is GHS 1,000. And the maximum payout of the promotion for each customer is GHS 1,000 everyday, which means customer can get the 100% stake back multiple times a day so far it has not reached GHS 1,000.

6. If there are several multiple combos in one bet ticket, MSport will pay back the stake of the eligible combo but not the stake of the whole ticket. Please check your bet details in the ticket details to confirm the status of the bet.

7. If the match was cancelled or voided, the selection will be regarded as win with odds 1.00 and it still contributes to the number of the folds.

8. For the tickets which were bet with account balance only. Bet with voucher can not meet the requirement and customer can not get the 100% stake back on lost tickets.

9. All vouchers received must be used to bet on any game within 7 days of receiving it.

10. Promotions and Vouchers are created in order to reward our most valued customers. Under suspect of fraud or abuse of this promotion by any customer, we reserve the right to remove Vouchers and associated winnings from a given account or any associated accounts. MSport reserves the rights to amend, cancel, reclaim or refuse any promotion at our discretion.
