Please go through with following instruction to verify your account.
Login---->Click on the "My Account" or "ME" icon at the top right where you have the balance--->click on My transactions--->Verify.
Kindly click on VERIFY on your MSport account and upload the necessary documentation as requested and click on submit.
If you follow the above steps and you are getting the "RETRY" response, kindly note the following below;
1. Please do not hold the card with your hand to snap, kindly place the card on the table or flat surface and ensure all corners/boarders of the cards are visible.
2. Ensure your MSport app is not up to date.
If after doing the above the issue persist, kindly login to your MSport account using chrome browser and upload the required documents.
Your upload will be successful and your account verified if the documents meets requirements.
