OVERVIEW
As part of promoting users' experiences on the Msport platform, Msport has introduced the New Instant Virtual. The New Instant Virtual is an enhanced version of the Virtual Game, providing customers with greater flexibility and new features. Unlike other Virtual Games, which have a countdown indicating when the game will start and end, the new Instant Virtual allows customers to start selected game(s) immediately and settle them instantly with a single tap. With this new feature, once the customer selects the games and market options they want to stake on, they have the option to start the game right away and even skip directly to the settlement section, where they will know the status of the round, either won or lost. The Instant Virtual features the Top Five Leagues in the world. The teams in these leagues are the actual teams from the leagues themselves. Just as the principle of leagues playing in the world, the New Instant Virtual uses that principle for each league in its respective country.
HOW TO LOCATE THE INSTANT VIRTUAL GAME
Customers can locate and play the new Instant Virtual from their Msport Account once they log in. The Instant Virtual game is on the Mobile Application platform. Customers will have to use real funds, such as funds from their balance, and they can also use vouchers in staking the Instant Virtual Game, provided the voucher can be used on Virtual Games.

Under the new Instant Virtual Game, Players can select from a wide range of market options and place their bets on. Some default market options can be accessed and selected directly from the homepage. For users to view all markets under a selected game, they will have to press or click on the game to access all market options.

GAME FEATURES
The New Instant Virtual has some enhanced and new features that make it fun and interesting to play. Unlike the other virtual games, this new Instant Virtual feature makes the gameplay faster.
Next Round
The Next Round feature allows the customer to skip the set of matches for a particular round. This makes it possible for the customer to generate a new set of matches. This feature helps when the customer is not sure of the matches listed, and when that happens, selecting the markets option will be quite difficult. By clicking on the Next Round Icon, new matches are generated, and the customer can do this as many times as they want.
Kick Off
After making your selection and confirming the bet, on the bet confirmation pop-up page, click on "Kick Off" to start the selected match(es) immediately. Once a bet is placed, there is a countdown of 5seconds for the player to click on "Kick Off" or "Skip to Result." If the player does not select or click on "Kick Off" or "Skip to Results" before the 5 seconds elapse, the bet is settled right away, by jumping to the result page, and the status of the bet will be known as either "won" or "lost".
Skip To Results
After clicking on the "Kick Off" option, the games start. The user can view the graphics of a match live at the top part of the page. The game to be previewed is solely selected by the system. The information (scoreline) of the other games is updated once a goal is scored. The user can wait for the selected match(es) to finish automatically, or jump to the result page directly by clicking the “Skip to Result“ button. Also, note that a bet will jump automatically straight to the result page if the user does not select either the "Kick Off" or the Skip to Results" option. Also, the user can use the "Skip to Result" option on the bet confirmation page, or can use it later after the "Kick Off" option is used first.

Winning Confirmation
When a bet staked is settled as won, a pop-up page showing the winning prize will be displayed, and the user can confirm if the funds have been added to the Msport account balance. The user can also view that in the bet history page. Should there be a case where the winning display will appear and the funds will not be added or the bet(s) are not settled on time, the user can contact the customer service center with the affected ticket ID and registered phone number.

One-Click Mode
The One-Click Mode starts the game instantly with your first bet. Using the One-Click mode changes the game entirely, where most of the options are done manually when turned off, unlike when it is turned on or activated. For instance, when the one-click mode is turned off, there is no 5-second countdown after successfully placing a bet. The user will have to press "Kick Off" or "Skip to Results from the bet history page. Also, the user can select the game to watch live, as compared to when the one-click mode is activated, where the system selects a game automatically.
