Kindly note that there is a combination of settings that may impede the phone or carrier from allowing the text to go through. Follow the steps below to resolve this issue:
For new users only: Ensure the mobile number you have registered with on MSport is active. If it is not active, you will not receive the text.
Check whether verification code is blocked as a junk message
The verification code may not be seen due to poor network conditions. In this case, try again later. Alternatively, install the SIM card to another phone and try again.
For each cell phone number, MSport can send verification code 3 times within 24 hours, if the code is not received, please try again after 24 hours or contact our customer support
