How To Set Up Withdrawal Password

To set up a withdrawal password, please follow the steps below;

Login to your MSport account using the registered mobile number
Click on the "Me" icon at the top right where you have the balance
On the next page displayed, click on the pencil like icon beside your mobile number at the top of the page
Select "withdrawal password" on the list of options 
Fill in your legal names and input the OTP sent to your registered number
Enter a 6 digits password
Confirm the password and submit to complete the process

Do note that if you are unable to get the OTP via SMS, simply click on “verify by security mail” to complete the process.

N.B The mail options may take up to 3 business days to allow for documents verification.
