A voucher is a small printed piece of paper that entitles the holder to a discount, or that may be exchanged for goods or services on the MSport platform.
From this definition, it may be inferred that, some customers may receive a full voucher- usually the green ones or a discounted voucher, which happens to be the yellow one.
The main difference between these two lies in how to activate them. This article will advice on the yellow vouchers only.
- For the first voucher, please ensure that you have a balance of at least GHS 8.00. Then after making selections, customer needs to change the stake amount to at least GHS 10.00, MSport will pay GHS 2.00 and then the customer will be required to pay the difference.
- The second voucher is a no minimum stake voucher and so can be used without having a balance.
- For the third voucher, please ensure that you have a balance of at least GHS 20.00. Then after making selections, customer needs to change the stake amount to at least GHS 30.00, MSport will pay GHS 10.00 and then the customer will be required to pay the difference.
- Finally for the final voucher which says upcoming, customer will only be able to make use of it when it is available for use. Upon its availability, customer must have a balance of at least GHS 40.00. After making selections, customer needs to change the stake amount to at least GHS 50.00, MSport will pay GHS 10.00 and then the customer will be required to pay the difference.
Always pay attention to the voucher footnotes on the bottom for further guidance to us the particular voucher such as:
1. voucher cannot be use on odds less than 3.0 accumulated
2. voucher cannot be use on market like DNB, HNB, ANB
3. you cannot cash out when you use voucher
4. voucher has expiration date
