COMPLETION OF KYC

This is the second stage of the KYC. In Ghana, you should have a valid id; KYC is compulsory in this region. With the registration, the name on the sim should be that of your mobile money and your accurate id. When there is a name mismatch the registration will not go through

Below are the steps for completion of the initial registration

This number 0557***610 is registered in the initial stage and is yet to complete the KYC

1. Initial stage without the name on it 

2.  On completing the stage you have to go to deposit. Your already registered number will be showing there and voucher returns will be explained there. To complete the KYC tap on this button circled

4. When you have finished with the entry requirements, kindly tap on " Done ". After it automatically updates your name.
