Please be informed that your withdrawal could not be processed because the risk control system placed a restriction on your MSport account

 

You will be required to provide some documents for verification purpose, after which your account will be returned to normal and your transactions processed successfully

 

Kindly send these documents as an attachment to our email address [e-mail] for verification:

1. Photo of your identity card(both sides)

 

2. The registered phone number on the MSport platform

 

Please be informed that these documents will be verified within 3 business days and once the documents are cleared, the freeze on your account will be lifted and you will be able to carry out your transactions
