Ultimate Cashout – Maximize Your Payout

Bet with greater confidence and flexibility with MSPORT’s Ultimate Cashout, a feature designed to give you more control over your bets and better value when cashing out.

1. Full Stake Refund When Eligible

If you place a Soccer or V-Soccer bet and the match has not started yet, you can cancel the bet and get all your money back.

This happens when:

• The odds have not changed

• You did not use partial cashout

If you used a voucher on that bet and fully cashed out before the match started, the voucher will also be returned, as long as it hasn’t expired.

Example:

• You place a bet using money or a voucher.

• To cancel a bet or get a full stake refund, click the Cashout button. Remember 'the cashout offered is based on the actual cash you bet with, excluding any free bet or voucher used' as shown in the image below.

• Hit the Confirm button to successfully cashout or get a full refund on your stake

In short: If the match hasn’t started and nothing has changed, you can cancel the bet and get your full stake (and voucher) back.

2. New Cashout Rules with Vouchers

Sometimes you place a Soccer or V-Soccer bet using a voucher. In the past, if that bet could not be cancelled, you often couldn’t cash out at all.

Now, here’s what changes:

• If your bet meets cashout conditions, you can cash out the real money you paid

• The voucher amount is not lost and stays on the bet

• The voucher part will be settled normally when the match ends

Example:

• You place a bet using GH₵ 1.00 cash + GH₵ 0.10 voucher.

• The bet is eligible for cashout

• You cash out early. You will receive the GH₵ 1.00 cash immediately

• The GH₵ 0.10 voucher remains active and will be settled after the match

In short: You can cash out your own money early, while the voucher stays until settlement.

3. Win a Bonus Even When You Cash Out

When you place multiple or system bets on Soccer or V-Soccer (live or pre-match), you don’t always have to wait for all matches to finish to get a bonus.

If your bet is close to winning:

• You may be offered a cashout that includes a bonus

• The bonus is added directly to your total cashout amount

Example:

• You place a bet using GH₵ 2.00 cash.

• The bet is offered a cashout that includes a bonus if the bet is close to winning

• Cash out early

• Still receive a bonus payout, even before the bet fully settles

In short: Even if you cash out early, you can still earn a bonus on near-winning multiple or system bets.
