HOW TO RATE A CUSTOMER SERVICE CONSULTANT

1. immediately a new chat starts, the rating is displayed at the top of the chat as shows below

2. The thumbs up icon(👍)  indicates a good rating as shown below

3. A thumbs down icon represents a bad rate

4. Once you also puts the closing verbiage, it will automatically open the rating to the customer for you to be rated.
