Now customers can reactivate their account by themselves when the account is deactivated (FROZEN BY OP) the Operations. Customers need to have the Latest version of the Msport IOS app with version 1.2.9 to reactivate their account.
Note: Also customers with the Android Version 1.8.5 can get this feature as well
1. Open your MSport app and click on Login
2. Enter your Register phone number and password
3. You can Active account or contact us if you have any question , so to reactivate your account tap on "Active my account" after that login again and your account will be active
