Users can now deactivate their MSport account themselves without contacting the customer service center. Unlike before, where users will have to access the live chat and pass a security verification process before an agent can deactivate their account, this new update, which was recently introduced, will help users self-deactivate their account based on specific reasons listed or other reasons best known to them. Deactivating your account will log you out of all sessions, including this device, block any new login attempts, lock your funds to prevent viewing or transactions, and ensure that your funds remain safe with us.
Below are the steps a user can follow to set the deactivation mode active.
Log in to your Msport Account using the WEBPAGE or APP
From your Msport Homepage, select and click on "ME" or "your balance icon"
Click on your "Number" displayed or "Profile" from the pop-up page
Select or click on "DEACTIVATE."

From the Deactivation Page, users will get the chance to select the reason why they want to deactivate the account from the list of highlighted options. Every reason listed has its terms and conditions highlighted below in "red ink." Some reasons will also require the users to write up their feedback. Enter your MSport password to confirm your action. This action will log you out of all sessions automatically.
NOTE: Users can self-reactivate a deactivated account but entering their login details and clicking on login. A pop-up page will appear, and you can click on REACTIVATE to set the account active.
Users who deactivate their accounts due to the account being HACKED. After entering the login details to activate the account, the user will need to reset and change their password before they can be able to use the self-reactivate option. The user can click on Reset Password and follow the prompts.
