SELF-EXCLUSION FEATURE

Msport has introduced a new feature that allows users to use the self-exclusion feature. Unlike before, users (especially Android users) had to contact the Customer Service Center before they could get their accounts deactivated or blocked. With the new feature, users can set their account to self-exclusion mode. The self-exclusion feature allows players to exclude themselves from accessing certain betting games for a specified time period. During this feature, players will not be able to bet or play certain games, although players can still log in to withdraw funds. With the Self-Exclusion feature, users can restrict their access to certain games, and this will prevent the user from playing the selected and locked games. 

Below are the steps a user can follow to set the self-exclusion mode active.

1. Log in to your Msport Account using the WEBPAGE or APP

2. From your Msport Homepage, select and click on "ME" or "your balance icon"
   

3. Click on your "Number" displayed or "Profile" from the pop-up page
   

4. Select or click on "SELF-EXCLUSION"

From the Self-Exclusion page, users have the chance to select one or multiple BETTING TYPES to set under self-exclusion. Below are images displaying the various Betting Types a user can select to set on self-exclusion.

The user can set the desired period he or she wants the self-exclusion to last, after selecting the bet type to set on that mode. After selecting the period you want, the system will display the date the restriction will be over or the account will be active.

Click on Submit to confirm the action. A page will open where you will need to input your Msport login password to confirm the self-exclusion mode.
